Eric was born on the 14th day of September 1965 to the family of Michael and Nora Wolfhard. From 1984 to 1987, Eric attended The University of British Columbia where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts honors in Political Science and Government.
2 years after his graduation, he enrolled in the University of Toronto Faculty of Law where he earned another Bachelor’s degree but in Law this time. This course ran from 1988 to 1991.
In 2014, Eric Wolfhard also studied at HarvardX (Harvard Law School/Berkman Center for Internet and Society). Here he was awarded the Copyright Law.
He Got Married To Mary Jolivet
Mary Jolivet was born to a French man, Mr. Lawrence Charles, and Trish Charles in Vancouver, Canada. She hails from a family that has a history of entertainment as her sister, Rita is referred to as a silent actress.
Additionally Jolivet is has been a huge fan of art and music. She studied Visual Display and Design at Langara College. After this, Mary moved on to attend Institut Catholique de Paris and studied French Culture there.
Upon meeting Eric in the 1990s, she worked with him for a long time as his assistant until she moved on to Dormouse Design Brand. The brand is a children’s clothing brand and has been credited for styling her kids a couple of times.

Eric Wolfhard is the Co-founder of VLW Research
From 1993 to 2015, Wolfhard worked on Indigenous Boundary and Aboriginal Land Issues. Here, he worked on extractive, treaty, and litigation-driven research on indigenous land and boundary issues in Canada and Africa. This research included the definition of territories, aboriginal titles, and rights, compensation for the use of land illegally, survey errors, and a lot of other things.
However, in 2013, the husband of Jolivet founded his own venture, he was the co-founder of VLW Research from 2013 to 2016 where he worked as a researcher alongside Loraine Littlefield and Neil Vallance. They were all senior researchers in Aboriginal and Treaty Rights Claims.
Eric Wolfhard is the Father of Two Actors
The 59 year-old is the father of two young actors who both have promising futures in Hollywood. His first son, Nicholas Wolfhard was born on October 21, 1997. Nick as he is famously known, is a voice actor who has been credited with a couple of works already.
He has his voice on projects such as Beyblade as Yugo Nansuii and Danny in Under Wraps. From a very young age, Nick had a thing for anime and wanted to be a cartoon character.
He eventually got the opportunity to be part of a world he passionately loves by using his voice. This he achieved in spite of his parent’s insistence that it was not a great venture.
The researcher’s second son is the one whose face has been splattered the most in Hollywood. He is known as Finn and was born on December 23, 2002, in Vancouver. He was first introduced to entertainment through his mother, Mary. However, the first form of entertainment was music.
From the age of 7, his mother had gifted him a guitar with which he caught on with the music. As a result of this, he co-founded a band known as Calpurnia. However, at the age of 9, he became interested in acting as well.
Finn initially started off featuring in ads for brands such as craigslists. However, upon seeing how talented he was, his father hired an agent to help with his career. Soon after, the 21 year-old started making TV appearances.
The Wolfhard brothers are even featured in the short film titled Aftermath together. In addition to this, Finn was starred in Supernatural, and by 2015, his career shot up with him appearing in Stranger Things.
Though he is still attending a Catholic school because he understands the importance of schooling, Finn still acts. He was in the movie The Goldfinch as Ukrainian Boris. He was also part of the horror movie It in 2017.

Reports have it that the researcher has also tried his hands on movies. According to his son, he has written a couple of scripts but has been unable to move forward with its production.
Similarly, he once served as his son’s career manager. Together with his wife, Eric Wolfhard worked to see that their son got the better out of his career as an actor.
