8 months after the birth of Cody, Billy had another child from his other girlfriend, Leticia ‘Tish’ Jean Cyrus. This was as much of a shock as it was heartbreaking for Kristin who did not know about this other woman. The daughter from Billy and Tish was named Destiny Hope Cyrus nee ‘Miley Cyrus’.
3. She And Billy Ray Parted Ways
At the realization that Billy had another woman, came more shocking news. Billy and Tish also announced their engagement and marriage and it dawned on Kris that it was the end of her relationship with Billy.
She then reached an agreement with the father of her son to go their separate ways in 1992. As a result of this, Kris raised her son alone (with support from his dad) in South Carolina while Billy went on to pursue other things in Nashville, Tennessee.

Billy Ray Cyrus and Cindy Smith met in 1985, started dating about a year later, and by 1987, they got married. Cindy was attributed for part of Billy’s fame as a renowned musician as she helped him write some of the songs in his first album.
Cindy ‘L’ Smith was a talented songwriter whose fame is attributed to her marriage with Ray Cyrus. However, it seems like they had no kids together during their about 6 years of marriage.

7. Billy And Leticia’s Relationship
Leticia and Ray’s relationship came into the limelight in 1992 when news of the birth of their daughter was brought to light. They went on to get married on the 28th of December 1993, a year after the birth of their daughter Miley. By this time, Trish was pregnant with their second child already.
Braison Chance, Ray and Tish’s second son was born in 1994 and 6 years later, they welcomed their third child, Noah Lindsey Cyrus into their family. However, Tish Finley had two children from her previous relationship. Tish bore Ray Cyrus’ adopted kids; daughter Brandi on the 26th of May 1987 and son Trace in 1989.
Leticia ‘Tish’ Finley was previously married to Baxter whom she bore two kids for. Her first child with Baxter is named Brandi Glenn Helson. She is a Denver-based DJ, podcaster, and actress. Their second child, named Trace Dempsey Cyrus was born on the 24th of February 1989. He is a musician and member of the Metro Station band who was reported to have been engaged to Taylor Lauren Sanders.
Despite warnings from his record label not to get married to Leticia, Billy Ray Cyrus and the mother of two of his kids have been living together.
