Roman Walker Zelma was born on April 7, 2004, in Manhattan to Debra Messing and Daniel Zelman. He is the only child of a celebrity couple. He is a college student at Wesleyan University.
His parents met while they were both studying at New York University in 1990. After a decade of being together, the duo tied the knot on September 3, 2000, and welcomed their first and only child 4 years later.
His Parents Divorced When He Was Still Young
10 years after they got married, Roman parents separated in February 2010. His mom, Debra filed for a divorce on June 5, 2012. However, the divorce took a long time before it was finalized on March 1, 2016, Roman was 12 years old at the time.
