The Federal Duck Stamp Art Contest is an annual art competition sponsored by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to select the artwork to be featured on the following year’s Federal Duck Stamp. This stamp is required for waterfowl hunters to hunt migratory waterfowl in the United States.
