Sam And Charlie Woods are the famous children of Tiger Woods and his ex-wife Elin Nordegren. Sam Woods
Sam Alexis Woods, the oldest child of Tiger and Nordegren, was born in Orlando, Florida, on June 18, 2007. Details about her education are hardly in the public space but her father instilled a love of sports in her from a very tender stage. Tiger Woods had said that he put a golf club in Sam’s hands when she was just a few weeks old, although she couldn’t quite hold it.
Sam had already been to several of her father’s golfing events by the time she was six years old. Throughout her childhood, she was frequently seen cheering him on from the stands and even acted as his caddy once. In a similar vein, Woods has expressed how much he values his kids participating in his golf tournaments.
Alexis’ father revealed in 2021 that, despite the fact that she was still only a teenager, his daughter had taught him how to be more patient in life.
Charlie Woods
Charlie Axel Woods was born on February 8, 2009, after Woods and Nordegren announced they were expecting their second child in 2008. While they had a few names to choose from, Charlie just seemed to fit, according to the boy’s father. Charlie showed an early interest in sports, much like his older sister, with Tiger Woods, recalling that at the age of two, all his son wanted to do was play sports. While Charlie was interested in all types of sports as a child, he eventually began to follow in his father’s footsteps on the green.
His father also added that Charlie only needed a stick and a ball, and he’d be content. Charlie began playing golf at a young age with the assistance of his father, not just by observing from the sidelines but also by practicing with the pros.
Tiger said that he has never wanted to force his son to play even though the boy is a natural talent. According to him, forcing Charlie to play may make him hate the game. He’s made an effort to make the experience enjoyable for his son by putting up competitions in the backyard and helping him practice with a little more laxness than he did as a child.
Charlie had already started competing against other young sportsmen on the golf course by the time he was 11 years old and his father occasionally acted as his caddy during some of his competitions.
Fans also noticed the father-son striking resemblance to mannerisms when they played at PNC Championship in Orlando, their first event together in 2020. After the incident, Woods expressed how happy he was for the chance to play with his son.

Their Parents Work hard to Keep their Interests in Mind Despite an Unfortunate Divorce
You may recall that when Tiger Woods admitted to having an affair in 2009, his marriage to Elin Nordegren began to hit the rocks. Numerous tries by the couple to make their marriage work went unsuccessful.
Consequently, Tiger and Elin finalized their divorce in the Bay County Circuit Court in Panama City, Florida, on 23 August 2010, agreeing to co-parent their kids together. The former couple has been living apart for some time now but has made it a priority to remain faithful, loving, and caring parents to their kids.
Meanwhile, using the $100 million Elin received from her divorce from Woods, she purchased a $12 million Florida mansion built in the 1920s. She later had the entire structure demolished after an architect advised that it made better sense to start over than to try bringing the home up to current hurricane safety codes. She also began a relationship with coal mogul and philanthropist, Chris Cline, but later moved on with former National Football League player, Jordan Cameron with whom she currently shares a son, Arthur.
Sam and Charlie’s father on the other hand has been dating Erica Herman since 2017. The pair first stepped out as a couple in September 2017, during the President’s Cup. However, in March 2023, news made the rounds that the pair had split. This came on the heels of Herman’s lawsuit against Woods, requesting to be excluded from a non-disclosure agreement she signed in August 2017, the same year they started dating.
Prior to Tiger and Erica’s feud, Erica had been close and nice to Sam and Charlie and they were often spotted attending Wood’s tournaments together.
