Victoria’s father died on November 30, 1996, aged 64. Tiny who already had a history of heart problems experienced a heart attack while playing at a gala benefit hosted by the Women’s Club of Minneapolis.
Prior to his death, he had experienced a heart attack at a ukulele festival in Montague, Massachusetts. He was hospitalized at the nearby Franklin County Medical Centre in Greenfield for about 8 weeks before he was discharged and warned not to perform again. However, Tiny ignored the warning and his actions ultimately led to his death.
