The Guernsey born started practicing in 2015 after she got registered as a nurse and was part of the emergency department in the States of Guernsey until 2017.
Following this, she started working at the Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust as an intensive care nurse and remained with the team for 10 months. Thereafter, she got employed at the St George University Hospital NHS foundation trust and occupied the position of clinical research nurse and emergency nurse. Nadine was with the team for two years before leaving in 2019.
A few months after, Nadine joined the Kings College London medical team and soon started serving as a team leader until 2022 when she became a nursing officer at Carnival UK, an operating company for P&O Cruises and Cunard.
