Jimena Gómez-Paratcha is a San Franciscan native but was born to Argentinian parents. While growing up, she volunteered at several orphanages and worked with several communities due to her compassion for children on the streets.
She was married to Jimmy Page, founder of the rock band, Led Zeppelin, for 9 years from 1995 to 2008. Before the marriage ended, they had two children; Zofia and Ashen. Jimena has another daughter, Jana from a previous relationship.

Jimmy Page’s ex-wife Jimena was born on July 7th, 1972 to her Argentinean parents in San Francisco. While growing up, she spent her childhood between California and Buenos Aires.
By the time she clocked 11, she already had compassion for her age mates begging on the streets. For that reason, she made a decision to help them. She soon joined community work in Ecuador with Amigos de Las Americas.
She also traveled around South America to volunteer at different orphanages. During one of her travels, she joined hands with other younger women like herself to start an organization named, Graos de Luz (Seeds of Light) with the aim of helping people on the streets.

She Met Jimmy Page in Brazil
Jimena Gomez was working in Lençóis, Bahia, Brazil when she met her ex-husband. Page was on a quarter tour promoting the album No Quarter: Unledded in South America at that time.
The two got talking about the problems and challenges of Brazilian children. Afterward, Page went on to establish the Casa Jimmy Foundation with the aim of providing shelter for abandoned street children.
A year after they met, Jimena went on tour with Jimmy to promote Gracos de Luz. After that, they settled in the UK where she went on to set up the ABC Trust with her then-lover as the founding patron.
Jimmy Page and Jimena Gomez decided to tie the knot in 1995, shortly after his first marriage ended. Jimmy was initially married to Patricia Ecker, a model and waitress from 1986 to 1995.
At the time the pair sealed their union, Jimena had a 6-month-old baby, Jana, whom the English musician later adopted. Besides Jana, the couple later welcomed two children together: Zofia Jade and Ashen Josan.
