Cynthia Sanchez Vallejo is a TikToker who is most famed as the only daughter of the late Mexican singer, Chalino Sánchez, and his wife, Marisela Velllejos. Her father was known for his regional music and was celebrated as one of the narcocorrido singers of the late 20th century. Unfortunately, he was murdered in 1992 after his concert in Sinaloa, Mexico.

While not so much has been established about her upbringing and family background, we garnered that she was raised alongside her older brother, Alan Sánchez who unfortunately died in 2004.
Cynthia’s father as earlier stated was a renowned singer-songwriter known for his works in regional music, his sounds are based on issues revolving around drug trafficking, suicides, and the Mexican revolution. On the other hand, Cynthia’s mother, Marisela has juggled several businesses.

Her Father Tragedically Passed on in 1992
Cynthia was around the age of 8 when she lost her father, Chalino Sánchez. He was found dead by the roadside in Culiacan, Mexico after reportedly being shot twice in the back of his head by unknown men.
From what we garnered, he was performing on stage when he received a letter containing death threats. Following this, he hurriedly left the Rey Del Corrido concert in Sinaloa, Mexico to find safety alongside his two brothers, his cousins, and several young ladies. Unfortunately, they drove into the path of their killers who disguised themselves as the state police and asked them to pull over.
For some reason, Chalino was convinced to join them in their vehicles while other cars would drive behind and that was the last time he was seen alive. Chalino’s death also brought an end to his 9 years of marriage to Marisela Velllejos.
Is Chalino Sánchez’s Daughter also a Singer?
No, Cynthia is not towing the same career path as her father compared to celebrity children like Gracie Ellen Mary Friel, and Camilla Cleese, who took after their parent’s career paths. However, she enjoys the same genre of music and often shares music videos of her late father, Chalino on her social media handles.
Nonetheless, Cynthia’s brother Adan Sanchez was the only one who pursued a career in the music industry. He adopted his father’s stage name and was already gaining influence when he, unfortunately, died in a fatal accident at the age of 20.
