Although Hayley Raso and Jenna McCormick are no longer dating, they represent Australia’s Matildas and played together at Brisbane Roar’s A-League Women’s team during the 2018 season. Both began playing club football around the same time, but Raso received her first taste of international football when she was invited to the national squad in 2012, whereas McCormick waited seven years.
While McCormick has yet to play in a major football tournament, her former partner Raso was a member of the country’s women’s team in the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup, which their country and New Zealand hosted.
Here’s what we’ve gathered about two, including career and love life.

Hayley Raso was born on September 5, 1994, in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, and she is currently 29 years old.
Raso began her professional football career at the age of 17 after joining Canberra United, a W-League club in Australia’s capital city. She also helped the club capture the W-League title in 2011/12. After a year with Canberra, she came home to play for the Brisbane Roar in the 2013/14 season.
In 2015, she traveled outside of Australia for the first time in her professional career to the United States. She went on to play for 2 NWSL teams, the Washington Spirit and the Portland Thorns FC, for nearly 4 years.
English football beckoned in 2020, and she joined FA Women’s Super League club Everton. She then signed a two-year contract with Manchester City, which she will hold until June 2023.
Raso joined Real Madrid in July 2023, becoming the first Australian and the first Asian Confederation player to play for the Spanish club’s senior team.
Away from club football, the Australian winger was called up to the women’s senior national team and made her debut in June 2012, just two months before turning 18. She then represented Australia’s under-20 squad at the 2013 AFF Women’s Championship in Yangon, Myanmar, before returning to senior national team duties.
Raso represented Australia at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, where the women’s team advanced to the quarter-finals before losing to Sweden in the semi-finals. She was also chosen to compete in her first FIFA Women’s World Cup in 2023.

Raso and McCormick reportedly met while playing for Brisbane in 2018. Raso, who had previously played for the club, moved there on loan in 2017, while McCormick inked a contract for the 2018/19 W-League season.
What is unknown is if they met while playing for the club. Furthermore, we don’t know how long the couple was in a relationship before splitting up.
McCormick is now in a new relationship with Hannah Bjrneboe Holgersen, a Danish freelance journalist and soccer player. Raso, on the other hand, has not specified who she is now dating.
