1. Reginae Carter
Lil Wayne’s oldest child, Reginae, was born on November 29, 1998, to the Sucker for Pain rapper and his high school sweetheart, Antonia Wright, also known as Toya Johnson. Her parents met as teenagers as Lil Wayne was 16 when Reginae was born. Lil Wayne and Toya Johnson later got married in 2004 but the marriage only lasted for two years.
However, it did not stop Reginae and her father from having a close relationship. Little snippets shared by the father-daughter duo reveal that one of their favorite pastimes was having movie nights. Aside from this, the proud father bought a Ferrari for Reginae to celebrate her 16th birthday.
Reginae followed in the footsteps of her famous father as she is now a recording artist. She is signed to her father’s record label, Young Money Entertainment. So far she has released songs like Gucci This (Gucci That), Where the Boys At?, and Haterz. She also featured on her father’s song, Famous. Reginae is also an actress, model, social media personality, and businesswoman. The 24–year-old launched her clothing line WHYIFITIn in 2022.

Dwayne Carter III
Born on October 22, 2008, he is Lil Wayne’s oldest son. Carter III, also known as Lil Tunes, was born during his father’s relationship with the radio personality, Sarah Vivan.
Vivan and Lil Wayne’s relationship started in 2005, the same year he released his critically acclaimed fifth album, Tha Carter II. Though he was enjoying fame, their relationship was kept away from the public as Vivan chose to stay in the shadows. Vivan and The Got Money rapper parted ways in 2008 after three years.
Like the Grammy-winning rapper, Vivan has since moved on and had another daughter named Essence with another man.
Cameron Carter
He is the third of Lil Wayne’s children whom he had with his now ex-girlfriend, Lauren London. Cameron was born on September 9, 2009. His parents met in 1998 when London was only 15 years old. Moving on, they had a highly publicized relationship that had its share of controversies.
As such, they had an on-and-off relationship that almost led to a marriage as they secretly got engaged. Their romance inspired his songs, California Love, and Young’n Blues. Despite such a connection and having a child, the pair parted ways in 2009 before Cameron was born.
Following the end of her relationship with the Young Money rapper, London had a high-profile relationship with another rapper, Nipsey Hussle. Sadly, her relationship with Hussle ended in 2019 after he was gunned down.

Neal Carter
The youngest of Lil Wayne’s children, Neal Carter was born on November 30, 2009. Wayne and Neal’s mother Nivea Hamilton had met seven years earlier and had even gotten engaged. But then, he left her and secretly got married to Toya Johnson.
After their relationship failed, she moved on and married music producer, The Dream, with whom she had three children. Nivea and The Dream are long divorced.
