According to the reports, a cardiothoracic surgeon, Dr. Ali Khonezhad allegedly carried out the surgery even though he was not experienced in the procedure was unconventional, and had a high risk among other accusations.
In addition, the reports further alleged that the said doctor was not available when the complications started for Bill that would lead to his death.
Regardless, it is reported that another lawsuit that Louise Paxton and her 2 children filed with respect to the death of her husband was still pending while the hearing was slated for September 2022 if not pulled out.
