She has a twin sister, Isabella Strahan, and two half-siblings, Tanita Strahan and Michael Anthony Strahan Jr, from her father’s first marriage to Wanda Hutchins, an American businesswoman, interior designer, and decorator.
Strahan grew up in New York City and graduated from Trinity School in May 2023. She is continuing her education at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, after graduation, although she has not disclosed her course of study.

As it has been established, Sophia has two half-siblings from her father’s first marriage to Wanda Hutchins, Tanita Strahan, and Michael Anthony Strahan Jr.
Tanita Strahan was born in Germany on November 10, 1991, and she is currently 32 years old. She attended high school in Houston, Texas before attending the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles and getting a degree in design and visual communication.
Also, she is a visual artist who has illustrated using numerous techniques such as acrylic, watercolor, gouache, and ink. She currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
Michael Anthony Strahan Jr. was born in Germany on November 12, 1994, and is now 29 years old. After high school, he enrolled at the University of Texas at San Antonio (USTA). He currently resides in New York City.

Her Parents Got Married In 1999 And Divorced In 2006
Michael Strahan and Jean Muggli, Sophia Strahan’s parents, married in 1999. The couple married after meeting at a Manhattan spa shortly after Michael’s divorce from Wanda Hutchins in 1996.
Unfortunately, a few months after she and her twin sister were born in 2004, her father filed for divorce. The divorce took two years to settle in 2006, virtually ending her parents’ marriage.
Her parents kept pointing accusing fingers at one other before the divorce was official.
Sophia’s mother accused her father of domestic violence which began even before they got married in 1999. Her father, on the other hand, said he did not physically or emotionally assault her mother.
The issue started when the former NFL player discovered that Muggli had transferred nearly $1.7 million from one of their joint accounts, he confronted her. Even though she agreed to move the money, she justified her actions by claiming that he had cut her credit cards and that he was also moving money.
Her father had the court on his side because her mother’s charges were unfounded and without merit.
Sophia’s father was ordered to pay her mother more than $15 million as part of the divorce settlement in 2006. He was also asked to sell their house together. The house was sold for approximately $3.6 million, and he left her $1.8 million from the sale of the New Jersey property.
Muggli was also granted primary custody of Sophia and her twin sister, Isabella, and Michael was ordered to pay a monthly child support charge of $18,000.
Prior to their marriage, her parents signed a prenuptial agreement. In the event of a divorce, the arrangement permitted her mother to keep half of their assets.
